Creamy fruit chaat



Ingredients


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/2 cup blue berry
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1 tin pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chat masala (Indian masala)
  • 1 cup chilled cream


Method:

Take a bowl cut all the fruits in it in cubes add spices  in it  add cream in it and serve it chilled.

egg salad with curd cheese



Ingredients


  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup curd cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato 
  • without skin


Method:

Take a bowl cut the eggs in cubes and put them in to the bowl then add curd cheese,lemon juice,salt,black pepper,cream,mashed potatoes and mix them well decorate it with parsley and serve it chill.

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato

Method:

Take a bowl mash the eggs  and put them in to the bowl then add mayonesse,lemon juice,salt,black pepper,cream,mashed potatoes,spring onion and mix them well decorate it with parsley and serve it chill.

Delicious corn salad


Ingredients


  • 1 tin corn
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 medium lemon juice


Method:

Take a bowl add corn in it without syrup.Add chopped tomatoes,green onions and chopped parsley in it.Now take another bowl add melted butter,salt,lemon juice and black pepper in it and pour it to the cor mixture and serve it with rice.



Cucumber salad



Ingredients


  • 1/2 kg cucumber
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed


Method:

Wash cucumber,tomatoes,parsley and onion and chopped them nicely.Take a bowl add the chopped ingredients.Now take another small bowl pour oil,black pepper and lemon juice in it mix them well this is the dressing for the salad.Add the dressing to the salad mix it well and serve it chilled.

No bake chocolate cheese cake


Ingredients


  • 2 packets of digestive biscuit
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 250 gm unsalted cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


Method

Blend the biscuit like a bread crumbs then add 4 tbsp of melted butter in it mix them together and  place it in a grease pan and press the biscuit mixture with the hands and place it in the freeze at least  for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl add cream cheese,chocolate,caster sugar,heavy cream and blend them well with blender and pour it on the biscuit mixture and put the cake in the freezer for overnight.
The next day,pour chocolate syrup on it and decorate it with crushed nuts on the top serve it chilled.

Chicken Biryani Recipe


Ingredients


  • 1 kg chicken cut in to 16 pieces
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp biryani masala
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 6 cloves
  • 6 whole black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • a pinch of orange food color
  • 1/2 cup sliced  fried red onion
  • 3 boiled eggs sliced
  • potato fries as needed (potato chips fried)
  • 1/2 kg rice soak in water
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium lemon juice


Method :

First boiled the rice with 1 tsp of salt,cloves,black pepper,1 bay leaves,hand full of mint leaves,1 inch cinnamon stick, 1 tsp of cumin seeds in it and then drain it when the rice is 3/4 done drain them well.
Take a vessel add oil ,chicken pieces,salt, ginger and garlic paste cook it until the chicken get half done then add chili powder,turmeric powder,biryani masala,and yogurt in it stir it well and cover it until the chicken get fully cooked if water needed add water in it .
Take another vessel add half of the boil rice in it and then add chicken with gravy on it add some lemon juice on the chicken then add rest of the rice on the chicken.Mix food color with 1 tbsp of water sprinkle on the rice,4 tbsp of oil ,put some fried onions with egg sliced and potato chips on the top of the rice.
Cover the biryani with tight led on it on a slow flame at least for 20 minutes.Then serve it hot with raita.

Grilled Shrimps


Ingredients


  • 1 kg shrimps
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes(crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp soya sauce


Method :

First take the shrimps take the skin and mouth off only tail should be remained.And also took out the black wire out from the top of the shrimp.Take a bowl add all the ingrdients in it mix it well,then add the shrimps in it marinate it over night and the next day grill it or bake it in the oven.

Delicious Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients


  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks 
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of all spice powder (Garam masala)
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup


Method:

Take chicken drumstick without skin make a nice cut on it.Take a bowl add ginger and garlic paste,red chili powder,Salt to taste,black pepper crushed,yogurt,lemon juice,all spice powder (Garam masala),coriander powder,oil, tomato ketchup mix them together and marinate it with chicken drumstick and keep it for whole night and then grill it or barbeque it.

Banana Milkshake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp almonds (without skin)



Method :

Take a blender add ice cubes,milk,sugar,bananas,honey,almonds .Blend it together ,pour in a glass and serve it chilled.


Pineapple Milksahake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbids
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream


Method :

Take a blender add all the things together and blend it well  then sre it chilled.

Terrific chicken lolipops

Ingrdients

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken mince
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp  garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 large bread pieces
  • 2 tbsp dry mint leaves crushed
  • 2tbsp green coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder (Garam masala)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 egg
  • 1 to 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Oil for frying
  • bread crumbs as needed
  • Ice cream sticks for serving 


Method :

Take a bowl add chicken mince,onions finely chopped,garlic paste,ginger paste,bread pieces soak in milk,dry mint leaves crushed,green coriander chopped,red chili powder,salt to taste,all spice powder (Garam masala),coriander powder,1 egg,wheat flour,butter mix all the ingredients together and make owl  shape balls like eggs .Take a bowl beat the egg and dip the ball in it ,then coat it with bread crumbs. 
Take a pan pour oil in it and deep fry the balls and take them out in a platter then add stick in it like a lolipop and serve it.

Red chicken curry


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken cut in to 16 pieces 
  • 1/2 kg tomtoes finaly chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tsp of red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder (Garam masala)
  • 3 tbsp of oil or butter
  • 10 curry leaves
  • Green coriander for garnish


Method :

Take a vessel add curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste ,chicken pieces,salt and chopped tomatoes in it and stir them well when the water of tomatoes get evaporated add spices , pour oil in  it and stir them well add some water and cover the chicken so it will get half cooked .Then add some oil in it stir it till then the oil get out from chicken and the gravy should left over.Now add lemon juice and coriander and serve it with buns and bread.

Egg appetizers


Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp of mayo
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • olive and tomato kethcup for decoration


Method :

Take a pan fill it with water and boil the eggs hard ,then take the skin off and let them cool for a while.Cut the eggs from the middle in an owel shape , take out the eggs yolks,empty the egg whites.
Take a bowl add eggs yolks , mayo ,black pepper ,salt , lemon juice mix them together with the beater or fork .Take a pipping bag add the mixture in it and and fill the eggs empty space with this mixture in the middle.you can use a spoon also to fill the mixture in the middle of the eggs .For decoration put a drop of kethcup and olives on the top of the filling.Serve them as an appetizer with a cup of tea or coffee.


Chana daal fry


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of  lentil yellow chana daal
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of oil or ghee
  • 2 dry whole red chilies
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin seed
  • 1/2 bunch green coriander
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp of butter for (bhaghar)


Take a bowl add lentil yellow chana daal in it and fill it with water and soak it for 3 to 4 hours and then boil it till half cooked.

Method :

Take a wolk add oil in it ,chopped onion and fry it till it turns to light brown in color.Then add ginger and garlic paste fry it ,add 2 tsp of water ,add salt,red chili powder,turmeric,green chili chopped and stir them well.Then add tomatoes in it till it get fully cooked,add chana daal in it,half cup of water and cover it till it get fully cooked.
Now take another pan put butter in it add cumin seed, red whole chili ,and some curry leaves heat it up until the cumin turn in to light brown and put it on the daal .sprinkle green coriander chopped and serve it with buns or indian roti.

Cucumber and yogurt salad


Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Method :

Wash the cucumber with water .Remove the head and tail.Grate the cucumber with the skin.


 Now take a bowl add yogurt and blend it well with fork ,add cucumber grated ,salt ,black pepper mix them all together and keep it in the refrigerator when it is chilled then serve it.



CHOCOLATE SYRUP SWIRL CAKE




Ingredient

  • 1 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp of baking soda ,divided
  • 1/2 tsp of butter milk or sour milk
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup coconut flakes (optional)
  • 3 eggs

To sour milk:Use 1 tsp white vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup

Method:

Heat your oven at 177C degree.Take a bowl add butter,vanilla essence,eggs and beat them well until fluffy.Combine flour,1 tsp of  baking soda,salt,add alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture,beating until well blended.In a bowl take 2 cups of batter in a small bowl;stir in syrup and remaining 1/4 tsp baking soda .Add coconut,if desired,to remaining batter;pour into prepared pan.
Pour chocolate batter over vanilla batterin pan;do not mix.Bake it in the ovven for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in it and comes out clean.Remove it from oven and let it cool for 15 miutes ;remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely and frost it as desired.

BEST BROWNIES



Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup coca powder
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup copped nuts (optional)


Method :
Heat your oven at 177Cdegree.Grease your pan and kept at side.Melt the butter in the microwave oven about 2-2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Take a bowl add sugar,vanilla and butter and beat it well with spoon.Now add coca ,baking powder,salt and flour beat it with beatter until well beated.Add nuts if needed.Pour the batter in the pan.Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies pull away from the sides of the pan.Cool completely in pan on wire rack.Cut in to bars.Pour chocolate syrup on the bars and serve it .  

Perfect chocolate chip cookies







Ingredients

  • 1 cup of butter or margarine,softened
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 21/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cups of coca powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts


Method:

First of all heat your oven at 190c degree.In a bowl combine butter, eggs,granulated sugar,vanilla essence,and brown sugar beat them well until it turns into  creamy form.Take all purpose flour,coca powder,baking soda and salt and combine it with the butter mixture until well blended add chocolate chips and nuts.Fold them with the mixture.Take an ungreased baking tray place it with butter paper or cookie sheet.Drop rounded teaspoons of cookies mixture on it and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes.Cool slightly,remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.Cool completely and then serve it.  

Roasted chicken









Ingredients

  • 1 kg whole chicken with skin
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley(chopped)
  • 7 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp of all spice powder (garm masala)
  • 1/2 tsp of  black pepper powder 
  • 1/2 tsp of dry coriander powder


Method :
Wash the chicken well.Take a bowl add lemon juice,chopped parsley,crushed garlic cloves,salt ,red chili powder all spice powder,black pepper powder,dry coriander powder.mix it well .
Marinate the chicken and kept the chicken in a bowl,cover it with plastic cling paper or alminium foil paper wrap it on the bowl and marinate it for whole night.On the next day take a baking tray place a foil paper on it and bake it in the oven 250 degree and serve it hot.

Soya chicken





Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast piece
  • 1/2 cup of chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • 1 tbsp chopped soya
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil


Method :

Cut each breast piece  into two pieces and marinate it with salt.In a big pan pour butter and oilve oil and heat it up add chicken breast pieces in it and fry them till the chicken turns to light brown in color.Make the flame slow and add chicken stock in it and cook it until the chicken get fully cooked and the stock should be completely dry and then place it in the plat.
Now take another sauce pan add cream,flour and soya in it and cook it until it form into thick sauce and pour it over the chicken and serve the chicken hot.

Easy baked chicken recipies






You can have simple easy recipe .take two whole legs with the skin on it wash them and marinate them with some lemon juice,salt and red chili powder according to your taste.leave it overnight. and then the next day take aluminium foil place it in a baking tray and keep the chicken on it.
 Bake it like 250 degree in the oven.serve it with boiled rice and potato fries.

ALMOND KULFI











Take 1/2 a cup of condensed milk,one tin of evaporated milk,two slices of white normal bread,1/4 cup of chopped almonds,1 green cardamom in a powder form. evaporated milk should be chilled.and then use it.
Add all the things in a blender .Blend them well and pour the mixture in a mold cover it with tight led so the air cannot enter inside.put it in the refrigerator for 12 hrs.and then enjoy the delicious 
kulfi.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken 
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp all spice powder (garam masala)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp vinegar ( lemon juice )
  • 1/2 cup cream 
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • Oil for shallow frying


Method :

Take a bowl add chicken cubes,ginger and garlic paste, salt ,red chili powder,black pepper crushed,vinegar or lemon juice,cream,all spice powder in it and mix it well and kept it a side for 15 minutes.Now take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil in it , add chicken mixture and stir it well until the chicken get tender and fully cooked.Take a bowl add eggs in it and beat them well.
When the chicken get fully cooked kept it a side to cool it for some time.Now take another pan pour some oil in it take one piece of chicken cube dip it in the eggs and then coat it with bread crumbs and shallow fry it.and sreve it with mayonese or tomato kethcup.

Roasted red potatoes


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg red potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp oil


Method :

Wash the potaoes well .Cut the potatoes with the skin don't remove it and then cut them like wedges but big in size .Take a bowl add potatoes ,lemon juice ,salt ,black pepper ,chat masala mixx them well.Now take a greese baking tray  put all the potato mixture on it sprinkle some oil in it and bake them or roast them 200 degree atleast for 20 minutes and serve them with chili garlic sauce.

Scrambled egg


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp of water 
  • Black pepper as needed
  • Butter 1 1/2 tbsp


Method:

Take a bowl break the eggs and pour in the bowl add the water blend it with fork or a spoon and mix it well.Heat the pan add butter in it and pour the mixture and now slow the flame let the eggs be cooked from one side,then with the help of a spatula scrambled it,let it cook from the other side and put it in a platter sprinlke some salt and black pepper on it.Enjoy in the breakfast with bread.


Cold coffee


Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp coffee
  • ice cubes as needed
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 5 to 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Glasses for serving
  • Nuts for decoration
  • Chocolate syrup as needed


(Extra whipping cream as needed for decoration)

Method:

put all the things in a blender and blend them well .Take a glass decorate it with chocolate syrup add 1  ice cream scoop in it and then pour cold coffee mixture topping with whipped cream and some nuts over it.serve it chilled.



Aloo samosa


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg potato boiled
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 3 Onions finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dry coriander
  • 1 tsp dry pomegranate seed (anar dana)
  • 1 tsp cumin seed roasted 
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • Oil for deep frying
  • water as needed 
  • 2 tbsp of dry mint leaves
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbspGreen coriander 
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour



Method :

Take a bowl add all purpose flour,2 to 3 tbsp of oil,a pinch of salt,baking powder rub it with your hands like a bread crumbs now add little water as needed to make it a dough and kept it for 15 minutes.

Filling :

Take another bowl add boiled potato,salt,red chili powder,dry coriander mashed it with your hand palm,cumin seed as well in the same way , dry mint leaves crushed it like coriander and cumin,dry pomegranate seed(anar dana) ,Onion and green chilli finely chopped,green coriander finaly chopped.Mix it well with hands.

Method of making :

Duvide the dough in to 2 equal size take one and roll it with rolling pin on your table.then cut it in to four pieces.


 Take one piece and apply water on the 2 sides of its edges  and shape it like a cone.fill the filling in it about 2 tsp and close this with the help of your finger.




Close it tightly otherwise when you fry them the filling will be out in the oil.Take all the balls of the dough and make all the samosas and deep fry them in oil and serve it with tamrind chutney.







Chinese fried rice


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of boil rice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 boil eggs
  • 1/4  cup  boil green peas
  • 1/4  cup  boil and chopped green french beans
  • 1/4  cup carrot chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil


 Method:

Take a pan add oil in it ,add green onion,green peas,carrot ,french green beans and saute them well ,add salt,black pepper,and soya sauce in it mix them well .Now add boiled rice,mix it and cover it for 15 minutes.Decorate it with boiled eggs and serve it.

Lemon pickle


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 kg lemons 
  • 2 to 4 tbsp of salt
  • 1 cup lemon juice


Method:

Take a jar wash it well and dry it .Wash the lemons and cut them in pieces.Take a bowl add lemons ,lemon juice and salt in it and mix it well .Now place the lemons in to the jar and cover it tightly and plac it in the sunlight for 2 to 3 days and then enjoy it.


Basic marinated fish



Ingredients


  • 1 kg fish cut into slices
  • 1 bunch of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of garlic 
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of all spice powder (garam masala)
  • 1/2 tsp dry coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp of tamrind paste (Emily)
  • 1 tbsp garam flour (besan)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Oil for deep fry


Method:

Take a bowl add fish pieces in it,add tamrined,1/2 tsp salt and kept a side for atleast 15 minutes then wash the fish slices with water and kept it in a darainer.
Take a blender put all the things in it like onions ,garlic,ginger,chili powder,salt ,turmeric,all spice powder,dry coriander powder,garam flour,yogurt,lemon juice and blend them well to a fine smooth paste.
Now take another bowl add this mixture and fish in it and marinate the fish nicely,kept the fish over night in the freezer and the next day take a pan put oil in it and deep fry the fish and serve it hot .

Indian Roti


Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ghee              
  • water as needed



Method:

Take a deep bowl add wheat flour,salt,ghee mix it with hands like a bread crumbs,then add water and knead them well like a dough,kept it aside at least for 15 minutes. Separate the dough into three or four portion make them round with the help of your hands palm in a shape of a ball and then take some extra wheat flour and sprinkle it on the table and take one of the ball and roll it with rolling pin and make it big in size like Roti .Take a flat pan heat it up and then put the roti on it and cook it until it get red from both the side you can also cook one part of the roti on the flame as you can see in the picture given above.

Note: Salt and Ghee is optional if you don't want just ignore it.



Delicious butter chicken


Ingrdients

  • 1 kg chicken cut in to 16 pieces
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 4 whole tomatoes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder(garam masala powder)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 15 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Green coriander for garnish


Method :

Take a vessel add some water and blanch the tomatoes and get the skin off and let them cool for a while.Take a blender add tomatoes,onions and blend them well.
Take a vessel add butter and oil in it and heat it up,put some cumin seed and curry leaves in it.stir them well. Add ginger and garlic paste,chicken pieces stir them well add some water if needed,now add salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,all spice powder ,tomatoes and onion paste and stir them atleast for 5 minutes pour 1/2  water in it and cover it till the chicken get fully cooked and the water get evaporated and remains like a gravy.In the end add green coriander leaves with lemon juice .serve it hot with buns and indian roti.

White sauce recipe




Ingrdients

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)


Method:

Take a pan heat it up add butter in it when it get melted turn off the flame,then add flour and stir well then immediately add milk in it and stir it  with whiske and again on the flame put the pan on it and stir well until it turns in to smooth paste and then use it  with pasta .

Strawberry milkshake


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
  • Ice-cubes as needed
  • 1 cup fresh milk


Method:

Wash the strawberries well.Take a blender add strawberries,ice cream scoops,sugar ,milk ,ice cubes.Blend well and serve it chilled.


HomemadeTomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp oil


Method:

Take a pan pour some water in it and boil it,add tomatoes in it and boil it until the tomatoes are soft and the skin is getting out then blend them and pour them in a blender and blend them well.Now take another pan add oil in it heat it pour the tomato mixture,add salt ,red chili powder ,lemon juice,paprika powder ,tomato paste.simmer it for some time add little water as needed .and then use it in pizza,pasta etc.

Cheese Omelet Recipes

Ingredients


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato chopped without seeds
  • 1 onion copped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • 2 slices of cheese


Method:


  Take a bowl break the eggs and pour in to it,add salt,black pepper beat them well with fork.Now take a flat pan heat it up and add some butter on it,pour the mixture of eggs on it and let it cook from both the sides,sprinkle some onion,tomato and cheese slice on it,fold it half.cover it for 1/2 minute until the cheese melts.Serve it hot eith toast.

Ingredients:
  • Yogurt  1 kg
  • Salt  2 tsp
  • Garlic chopped  2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Water  1/2 cup

Method:
Mix all the things in a bowl and serve it chill.




Quick potato sanacks





Ingredients

  • Boil potatoes 5 to 6
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup(Besan)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • water as needed
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying


Method:
Take boil potatoes cut them in slice.In a bowl take gram flour(besan),salt,red chili powder,and baking soda   mix it well together with water to form it in a paste(not so thick or not so thin).Make a smooth nice paste .Dip the potatoes in it and deep fry them  in oil.Serve them with tomato ketchup.Serve them hot.

Delicious Greek burgers



Ingredients
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 7 pita bread loaves
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds ground turkey, lean
  • 1 1/2 red onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, sliced

Method:
Take a bowl,combine garlic, mint and mash them well.mix it with yogurt and kept a side.
now combine turkey and feta cheese in a mixing bowl  now make the patties.With this you can make 8 patties.Broil it until the patties are well cooked.
Serve it with pita bread ,with tomatoes ,onions and yogurt sauce.


Fried chicken rice




Ingredients


  • 1 1/2cup of boil rice
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1/3 cup of melted better
  • 1 chicken breast piece boiled
  • and shredded.
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • 1/3 cup green peas blanch
  • 1/3 cup boiled corn
  • 1/3 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/3 cup green fresh french beans chopped and blanch
  • Boiled egg and potatoes as needed for serving

Method:
Take a walk(like big pan)add melted butter heat it add green onions saute them well.
Now add chicken breast piece boiled and shredded.Mix it well.Add vegetables,salt and black
pepper stir it.Then add boil rice and mix it cover it for some time like 10 minutes on a slow flame.
Serve it with boiled and sliced eggs and potatoes fries.

Almond Kulfi recipie




Almond Kulfi

Take 1/2 a cup of condensed milk,one tin of evaporated milk,two slices of white normal bread,1/4 cup of chopped almonds,1 green cardamom in a powder form. evaporated milk should be chilled.and then use it.
Add all the things in a blender .Blend them well and pour the mixture in a mold cover it with tight led so the air cannot enter inside.put it in the refrigerator for 12 hrs.and then enjoy the delicious 
kulfi.

Basic Omelet Recipe





Take two eggs break them and pour them in a bowl.Add chopped onions,ginger and chili chopped, add tomato chopped in it,add salt,red chili powder,and turmeric according to your taste.Mix it well and then take a pan and heat it and put some butter in it and make the omelet on a medium flame.Flip it once or twice and then serve it.
