Ingredients
- 1 1/2cup of boil rice
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1/3 cup of melted better
- 1 chicken breast piece boiled
- and shredded.
- salt to taste
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- 1/3 cup green peas blanch
- 1/3 cup boiled corn
- 1/3 cup carrot chopped
- 1/3 cup green fresh french beans chopped and blanch
- Boiled egg and potatoes as needed for serving
Take a walk(like big pan)add melted butter heat it add green onions saute them well.
Now add chicken breast piece boiled and shredded.Mix it well.Add vegetables,salt and black
pepper stir it.Then add boil rice and mix it cover it for some time like 10 minutes on a slow flame.
Serve it with boiled and sliced eggs and potatoes fries.
